Evoicy is invoicing software provided as cloud-hosted software as a service (SaaS). It is used online through a web browser and a device with Internet access and requires no local installation or specific user hardware.

The system allows the invoicing of several taxpayers to be managed independently while keeping each taxpayer's data and records separate. Its main invoicing functions are:

  • Capturing and managing invoicing information.

  • Managing customers and the product and service catalogue.

  • Issuing, consulting and exporting invoices.

  • Managing series and numbering.

  • Generating invoice and cancellation records.

  • Generating the fingerprint or «hash», QR code and other required elements.

  • Submitting invoicing records to the electronic services of the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) in VERI*FACTU mode.

Because this invoicing product can be used only and exclusively in «VERI*FACTU» mode, the generated invoicing records are not expressly signed electronically. The applicable rules consider them signed when they are correctly submitted to the electronic services of the Spanish Tax Agency with due authentication using an appropriate qualified electronic certificate.

The producer of the invoicing system to which this responsible declaration refers states that the system, in the version identified herein, complies with Article 29.2.j) of Spanish General Tax Law 58/2003 of 17 December; the Regulation establishing the requirements for computer or electronic systems and programs supporting invoicing processes of businesses and professionals and the standardisation of invoicing-record formats, approved by Royal Decree 1007/2023 of 5 December; Order HAC/1177/2024 of 17 October; and the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Tax Agency for all matters supplementing the specifications of that Order.

2.c) The invoicing system to which this responsible declaration refers complies with the technical and functional specifications of Order HAC/1177/2024 of 17 October and those published on the electronic headquarters of the Spanish Tax Agency that supplement the Order, as follows:

  • It uses transactional database-management technology to consolidate the issue of the invoice and generation of the corresponding invoicing record in a single transaction.

  • Access to the application is protected by individual authentication and permission-based access control.

  • Each taxpayer's data and invoicing records are kept separate.

  • Invoicing records are generated, chained by fingerprint and submitted to the AEAT in accordance with VERI*FACTU mode.

This declaration refers exclusively to Evoicy version 1.0.0.
